Our master installers and project coordinators will consider all aspects of the fixture installation process to ensure that our client's time line and schedule are met.

The Fixture Installation Process:

• Co-ordinate the shipping and receiving of fixtures with the client
• Unload all delivery trucks of fixtures and other applicable materials
• Move fixture and applicable materials to sales floor to begin installation
• Swift communication with the client /shipping representative regarding missing/damaged fixtures or shortages.
• Install all fixtures per planogram and scope of work down to last detail
• Walk the project with client representative to ensure all scopes of work have been completed
• Complete all scope of work on punch list
• Retrieve and sign project completion form
• Notify client of store completion
